Applicant Qualifications

• Eligible households may receive $15,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance for 2025.
• Seller credits are permitted. The buyer doesn’t have to come to the table with any money.
• The funds must be used towards a maximum 90% loan to value loans only.
• Funds for the program are released every quarter.
• At least one homebuyer listed must be a first-time homebuyer.
• Purchase must be owner occupied, primary residence.
• Income and purchase price limits apply.
• Complete a Homeowner’s Education Course prior to closing.
• Live in the property for 60 months. Grants are forgiven in equal parts monthly over a 5-year period (60 months).

All applications are subject to credit approval.

Grant funds are available at a first come, first serve basis. Grant funds may not be available at time of application.
